Weight-loss pills — prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, herbal products or other dietary supplements — are all, at best, tools that may help with weight loss. But there is relatively little research about these products. The best studied of these are prescription weight-loss drugs. In the case of these non-prescription weight loss pills, it is because it is known to be a helpful fat burner in the effort to reduce body fat. Scientific study* has shown that forskolin has a direct impact on the body’s cyclic AMP and that this impact helps to promote muscle growth.
